Team Administrator

  • £21,923-£24,356.8 per annum pro rata
  • 8 Hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator – someone to provide administrative support to the Life Project (8 hours per week, home based, flexible working Tues to Thurs)

The role of Team Administrator is pivotal in the support of our core team and projects, and is designed to deliver a highly organised administration function for the organisation as a whole.

The Team Administrator will operate within the aims and values of the Life Project (Bath), which has a Christian ethos and holds highly the values of creativity, inclusivity, enabling and community as well as principals of dignity and purpose.

As such our Administration is underpinned by the objectives to:

  • Support the staff team with efficient administration systems
  • Effectively manage data and records securely
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner

These goals will be achieved through responding quickly to the demands of a small but proactive organisation, managing changing priorities, working to deadlines and thinking creatively to solve problems and progress our objectives.

Cleaner

We are looking for someone who would be able to clean the Old Acorn Barn, Englishcombe once a week for about an hour. This would probably suit someone local to the village who someone who visits regularly.

Cleaner Needed for Old Acorn Barn, Englishcombe

The Barn isn’t huge – think the size of a single bedroom house with kitchen and lounge/dinner (plus a workshop… well shed).

We are flexible about the day and time of the cleaning, it would take place around the sessions we run (currently Tues-Thurs 9:30-2:30).

This would be a contract for cleaning rather than employment.
