The Blessing

At the Life Project we love to sing and especially when we get together at our Springs fellowship group when we gather to worship God. One of our favourite songs is “The Blessing” which written by Steven Furtick, Chris Brown, Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes. The Blessing became especially well known during the covid pandemic when different people and groups around the world sang this song over the nations. We learned the words and Makaton thanks to the wonderful Becky George who produced this video (see if you can spot any familiar faces).

As we have been thinking about the theme of Blessing this term we decided to record our own version and we hope that you enjoy the song as much as we do, and that you may know God’s blessing in your own lives.
