Abseiling for the Life Project

Poster for Funday eventOn the weekend of 20th and 21st April 2024 there is a fun day taking place at St John’s Church, Keynsham. There will be lots going on including bouncy castle, balloon twisting, face painting, tombola, games, stalls, a BBQ and… a chance to watch and cheer on the abseilers. The event is being organised by our friends at St John’s Church, Keynsham and Keynsham and District Mencap. We are fortunate to have 5 intrepid abseilers joining in and raising money for the Life Project (Bath) on Saturday 20th April. For some the funds raised will be split between ourselves and either Mencap or St John’s Church and we are hugely grateful for their bravery and willingness to support us.

If you would like to support Team Life Project you can come and cheer on Eleanor, Callum, Josh, Joel, and Alex and also dig deep to support them with sponsorship…

Sponsorship

localgivingLocalgiving is the easiest way to sponsor our abseilers… just click on their name and it will take you to their individual sponsorship page: Eleanor, Callum, Josh, Joel, andAlex

If you know our abseilers you can also get in touch with them directly and use their paper sponsor forms.

Apparently with sponsorship events most fundraising happens in the last 2 weeks, as well as the week following challenge events, so there is time to increase each total for sure! Keep on spreading the word!

For those of you working for companies, they often have a budget to support staff and their fundraising initiatives. Please don’t forget to ask them.

Thank you

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you.  What an amazing thing you have offered to do.  We couldn’t run The Life Project (Bath) without community fundraisers like yourselves.  From all of us, Thank you.
