How do I Register? Invite your family and friends to make up a virtual team (approx. 4-6 people or screens), this can be from as many separate households as you like as we will put you into ‘break out rooms’ so you can discuss answers confidentially. Only your Team Captain needs to register your teams interest via TryBooking.

I don’t have a team? If you would like to join in but don’t have others to make a team register for yourself on TryBooking and you will be allocated to a team (this is a fun and friendly event, there are always others looking for a team and teams with open arms to welcome you).

What’s next? As we get closer to the quiz night the Team Captain will receive instructions via e-mail to make sure everyone knows what they need to do and to make sure we have all the necessary details (including team name and and last minute changes to team members) to welcome your team on the night.

What does it cost? You won’t be charged for this ticket but suggest a minimum donation of £3 per head or £10 per household. OR be creative – why not give £1 for every question your team scores correctly? All proceeds will go towards the Life Project (Bath) work with adults with learning disabilities. Donations can be made via our Life Project Localgiving page.

When do I have to register by? In order to receive the Zoom link and quiz instructions your Team Captain it helps us if you are registered interest by Wednesday 17th January 2024 (this helps us to get everything sorted behind the scenes so the quiz runs as smoothly as possible).

How does the quiz work?

• You will receive a link to join Zoom prior to the quiz
• Quiz Master Col will explain each round and read through all questions (stay on mute and don’t answer yet)
• Whether your team are all in one room or separate houses on different screens you will be sent into a team ‘break out room’ for 10-15 mins to discuss the answers confidentially.
• Following each round we will all come back together for answers (teams are trusted to mark their own homework)
• We fit in as many rounds as possible… finishing somewhere between 9 and 9:30pm

Is there a prize? We play for the fun and the glory… your team’s achievements will be published in the Life Project newsletter and you will be the reigning champions for the year!
